In teams of three: 10 stations, 90 seconds each, with 30 seconds rest in between, for max reps (as a team):

1. Box jumps, 24/20″
2. Pull-ups
3. Double-unders
4. Deadlifts, 115/75 lb
5. Dumbbell push press, 35/25/15 lb
6. Kettlebell swings, 1.5/1 pood
7. Push-ups
8. Wallballs, 20/12 lb
9. Burpees
10. Rope climbs: each rep counts as 5 points; each person must do at least one; those unable to do one may sub 5 stands-ups from lying down or sitting position

With a partner, complete (in this order):

50 ball slams
50 box jumps
50 toes to bar
50 dumbbell squat cleans
100 double unders

Only one partner can work at a time. The other partner must hold a plate overhead. Switch as needed; plate must stay overhead even when transferring plate from one partner to the other. Any time the plate drops, both partners must immediately complete a 5-burpee penalty before proceeding.

Do one of the following WODs:

Skills Gone Bad: Move from each of four stations after a minute. This is a 4-min. round, after which is a 1-min. break before repeating—3 rounds (14:00). The stations:
– Dips
– Double-unders
– Pull-ups
– Knees-to-elbows
One point is given for each rep. Each athlete can count their cumulative rep total in each round and call it out or write it down during the rest minute, before starting over.

Fight Gone Bad: Move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a 5-minute round, then a 1-minute rest. Three rounds (17:00). The stations:
– Wallball: 20 lb ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
– Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
– Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
– Push press: 75 lb (Reps)
– Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

4 RFT:

14 box jumps
14 push press
14 kettlebell swings

In two-man teams, each team member does each exercise once. While one team member does one, other team member does the other. After both do one set of movements, move to the next.

1) Farmer’s walk (25-53lbs each hand); box jumps (24/20″)
2) Backward run; wall ball (15/10)
3) Sprint; burpee
4) Lateral shuffle with med ball overhead (8/6); hang power clean (75/45)
