3 squat cleans @75% 1 rep max
5 kettlebell snatch (3 rounds each arm)
7 push-ups
Tag Archive: push-up
Minute one: 1 hang power clean (135/65); 2 push-ups
Minute two: 2 hang power cleans; 4 push-ups
Minute three: 3 hang power cleans; 6 push-ups
etc. until failure to complete reps in the minute
8 Tabata intervals of push-ups, followed by sit-ups and then squats. There is no rest between exercises.
