11 rounds with 20 push-ups For 4 rounds, subbed 200m row for 10 sumo dead lift high pulls @ 95lbs since the rower was in use. Great workout.
7 rounds (4 of which were sumo deadlift high pulls)
This spelled death to my shoulders with those push-ups.
