Push-ups: 37, 27, 22, 17, 13, 11, 11, 10 = 148 Sit-ups: 13, 13, 12, 12, 11, 11, 11, 11 = 94 Squats: 27, 25, 22, 20, 20, 20, 18, 18 = 170
Push-ups: 46 (Snaking galore, but from the toes.) Sit-ups: 80 Squats: 74
