The wallballs after the burpees were rough.
17:51 Ugh. That was rough. The burpees killed me, and even though the rest of the moves weren’t as bad, they set me up for a rough time.
Did 10lb wall balls and 25lb dumbbells for push press.
And I did ring rows instead of pull-ups.
