The row left my forearms heavy, but excited about the progress I’ll make!
I really had fun rowing. I had never used that machine before. Looking forward to this P.E. year.
Really excited for PE class!! I love working out and feeling fit, but I struggle with the self-discipline to keep myself in shape. Here there is a lot of emphasis on teamwork and positive peer pressure, and the instructors do a really good job of making you push yourself while still guarding against injury. Excited for a tough but productive year!!
I had a blast doing the rowing (250 and 2k). I thought the 2k would be really difficult but it was actually fun and I pushed myself to finish it with accomplishment.
Am looking forward to this coming year. Had fun doing the rowing. The actual act of working out is tough, but I love the feeling afterword of feeling like you accomplished something!

I unexpectedly loved this year’s benchmarks. I used to abhor it. But once I saw how much I progressed at the end of last SY, it made me really look forward to the workouts this year, to see how much I would improve for the next benchmarks…
…Also, I totally missed the 3-minute rest in between rows…so that’s why my arm felt like it’s getting ripped off
