WOD: AMRAP in 10 min: Run 2 laps around purple stripe, 10 burpees, 10 squats
Thursday
WOD 1: Width of gym and back, walking lunge; width and back, lunge w/ medball OH.
WOD 2: 3 RFT: 6 deadlifts (115/75), 10 squats, run 2 laps (in any order)
WOD 3: 3 rounds: 30s hollow holds, 1 min rest
Sophomore out-of-class WOD:
For time:
Walking Lunge, 100 m
Run, 800 m
100 Air Squats
Freshmen out-of-class WOD:
For reps and distance:
Walking lunges, 2 minutes
Run, 4 minutes (run 2 minutes, then run back to start point)
Squat, 2 minutes

I enjoyed the challenge. I was glad to learn how to properly deadlift.
I enjoyed doing Benchmarks 3 this morning and doing our WOD outside in Edstone 🙂

Deadlifting was fun and new, and I enjoyed learning the right way in pulling an amount of weight without getting hurt. I’m excited to learn more on that.
Learned how to front squat today!
Can’t wait to start front squatting. My thighs are already feeling it. Good things come to those who sweat!

Did the freshman out-of-class workout today. Nice and short, but also surprisingly challenging. I was able to do 50 walking lunges, about a 200 m run each way, and 60 squats! Short workout but a good one. Love the AMRAP ones. 🙂

I loved the rowing! Did 250m Row in 70sec and the 2000m row in 11 minutes 6 seconds. SO definitely room for improvement! Looking forward to it.
