1. 13. 20 ( i think)
2. Absolutely none
3. 58.2
4. 12ish
I loved the workout today after it was done. The mile hurt so bad, but knowing that it is possible gives confidence. Also, push-ups, if I can do a successful push-up in the future I will be very happy. I think I did well at the rowing. I forgot to count my squat thrusts. Hopefully, in the future I remember this useful skill.
8% body fat! That explains why I sink in the pool.
I managed 32 push-ups, around 59.8 seconds on the 250 meter row, and 7:31 on the mile. I think I did 26 jump squats but I’m not exactly sure- counting while exercising has always been a bit challenging.
I enjoyed all of it, especially the rowing and push-ups. Looking forward to the 2K row on Sunday!
8:50 mile
3 push-ups
59.2 seconds
23 squat jumps
9:32 mile – really happy with this because my goal was less than 10 mins!
7 Push ups – just glad I could do more than one 🙂
1:00.3 row – little disappointed, my goal was anything less than a minute
20 squat jumps – 🙁 not what I hoped
approx. 20% body fat – hopefully see an improvement shortly
Overall, I loved it and felt like I pushed myself a little harder than the previous class, but the goal is still more. I can’t wait for the 2km row and class on Monday!
8:22 for the mile run
16 push ups
44.3 seconds on the rowing
23 squat jumps
Need some work to do.
My mile was so quick it’s like I didn’t even do it…
56 Push-Ups
47.5 Seconds on 250m row
No squats today, because it’s Friday:) or something like that
11.4% non-muscle
Looking forward to those rows, they’re fun. I think it’s going to be hard to get my row time up for the 250m, but I’ll feel like I’m going to be able to see a big improvement in the 2,000m by the end of the year. It’ll be good to see where I am, so I can starting make goals!
Gains are on the way!
6:02 for the mile run
20 push ups
1:00 row
24 jump squats
My pr for running is 5:28 so I’d love to beat that by the end of the year! Also, squat thrusts are not my friend…haha!
1. 1 mile run: 5:53 min
2. Max push-ups, 1 set: 27
3. 250m row: 48.2 s

5. Body fat test: 9%
mile run – 9:10 min

250m row – 1:01.12
1 min. max squat thrust: 25
Enjoyed it, need a lot of improvement and have get used to running under the sun, used to late night or early morning run.
My goal for the 1 mile run was to pace myself the whole way without having to stop, and I was able to do it! I’ve really enjoyed PE so far, but I see that I have tons of room for improvement. I can’t wait to get in shape this year and beat my last benchmarks.
My time for the mile run was shorter than what I expected…I got 8:30!
Max push ups were 21 ( I think)
Rowing was 59.4.
