Argh! I REALLY want to come to this (love learning new lifts), but it’s crazy busy right now with Trumpet and deleavening, etc., etc. Sorry not going to make it. š I’m not sure the ol’ thighs would’ve handled it having done Run and Squat yesterday, but I bet it would have been good for them.

I enjoyed learning this lift. It’s always a little awkward doing it for the first time in a workout. I’m looking forward to becoming more comfortable with the movement and lifting more weight.

Slower than I was hoping and lighter than I was hoping, but it was just one of those days…
Did twice. Did not record time first round (guessing about 2 min). Second time was 3:06.
Forgot to mention did it at 65 lbs. 10 more than in class workout Randy.
