225# back squats…Ha! I did 95# and it was killer. But I think my form is improving!

Went WAY light on the back squats. My hip is still tight from the marathon, and I have limited firing power, so I wanted to stay practical and safe. At that weight, I was able to maintain great form and really POWER through the WOD quickly…
Effective WOD; I give it a 5!
As usual these things are tougher than I expect! 🙂
First set of back squats was at 205. Dropped back to 175 for remainder. 1.5 pood kb
