7:28 @ 30lb dumbbells Not real stoked about that. Burpee pull-ups are never to be underestimated, but still … ugh.
7:43 @ 35lb dumbells First two rounds were sluggish but I pushed hard in the last two and made up some time.

8.29 35 lbs. dumbells This was the second attempt at this. I tried it yesterday, but I as totally burnt out. So today was better…..sort of.
