I should have used alternating grip the whole time, but did not. It was very hard to grip the bar on the 15 & 9 set. I’m in the learning zone.
14:17 at 185#. Had to do the last set with reversed grip.
14:09 with 115#
Again the pullups were horrible. Only got 4 in with the band, then had to move to jumping. 🙁
11:20 at 185#. Felt like I could of gone a little heavier with the deadlifts, but it still worked me over!

Combining running and deadlifts in a WOD is always brutal. Enitre backside is pretty tight today.
