This site seems kinda lonely with only a few people posting, so I figured I’d get back into the swing of working out and get some college flavour going on around here. Anyway this was my first workout aside from a 5 mile run last Thursday since the Crossfit final a month ago. Felt really good. Gonna try to get a routine going.

The runs were pitifully slow but I cranked out the back extensions. It was a good workout to lead into Robbers Cave. 😀
I did this the day before Robber’s Cave. I was just late posting it.
