I haven’t run a 5K in months. This felt good. By no means a new PR, but it’s a good start.
TIME – 23:13
21:00 run today. Not sure of the distance, as I used a mixture of road and cross-country. It was close to 5K, I DO know that.
Yesterday, I was feeling kind of lazy so forced myself to do a 5km. Time: 24:30 (including a stop for a stretch and another for getting Aiden’s pants unstuck from his bike chain along the way).
Riley was super happy to be back out in the sun. And back in both lakes on the property. 🙂 Canadian geese are his new favorite animal – Cats are relegated to number two.
