Okay, I finally got to this one this week. Here’s what I found:
Strict shoulder presses are not my friend.
I used the Beyond the Whiteboard rx’d weight of 75# to determine my placement within the pack. That is 70% of my 1RM. Doing 21 reps of that was just plain hard. That round slowed me down significantly.
The Push Press and the Push Jerk are really comfortable for me, so I was able to get through those much faster. I ended in the 80th percentile, and that was my minimum goal.

11:00mins @45. This was difficult with the strict shoulder press, but I felt like I could have done 55lbs.
The running was a nice break in between the lifting! I finished this workout a little before 15 mins.
