WOD 1 – 9:48, 60#
I scaled the weight more than intended; I actually thought I was moving 70#. No wonder it felt so light! Box jumps were completed at rx’d height.
WOD 2 – 7:30, rx’d
This was an interesting WOD. It was more of a mental challenge than a physical one. That’s a lot of wall ball shots, and for someone who dislikes wall ball shots as much as I do, it was a daunting task to BEGIN this one. But it wasn’t as bad as I anticipated, and the run afterward was invigorating.
