Really loved the workouts today! They were pretty short but high intensity. I’m still having a hard time doing a full pull-up by myself, but I hope with all the practice, I’ll finally get there for the competition! Watching the other girls do them definitely gives me motivation and encouragement:)
I liked this two workouts with a rest in between them. The bear crawl was fun!
I am so sore today…great workout! I was really stoked to do all sets of pull ups without a band…its not smooth, but its there 🙂
I was finally able to really do pull ups today. I still had to use a band but I was able to do all ten unbroken so next time I’ll go to a harder band.
I didn’t do this. But i did a different workout.
This was a fun workout, now I just have to work on not using the band as much for the pull-ups.
I really liked this workout. It was the fact that there was two different shorter workouts. Having the shorter workouts stops you from getting bored. 🙂
