I think the thing I look forward to the most in PE now is the few minutes of skills work at the beginning. I’ve made quite a bit of progress on doubleunders since we have started and I’m almost to the point where I can do several in a row without messing up!
I have to agree with Eva! I love how we get to practice and improve on these skills every week:)
Also really liked the WOD today. It was great to practice the med-ball cleans as well! My time was 10:35!
Same with Eva and Emma! I can definitely see an improvement each time we work on skills. The workout today wasn’t too bad 🙂
I finished in 8:40… think my running is getting faster woohoo. good job 🙂
I have to agree with the other girls regarding the skills. It’s nice to see incremental improvement every day. 😀
I loved the running! My time was 11 min and 48 secs.
The med-ball cleans were challenging, but great workout. Seeing improvements.
When you got fatigued it was really hard to keep form with the Med-ball cleans. But this was a fun workout, especially because we were outside the whole time.
The med ball cleans made this a more challenging workout, but I enjoyed it.
