I adapted this workout from one on CF Linchpin that rx’d d-balls carries. I scaled down to 70# on the sandbag, as cradling 100# of sand just was unfathomable.
I did this in the gym and found it easier to roughly calculate 60m instead of 50m, so I put a few extra steps in on the carry.
I really like sandbag work. This was fun.
