I loved practicing the skills today, especially the double-unders! I’m finally able to do a few in a row:)
Also loved the intro to yoga! All the stretching felt really good. Can’t wait to do more of it in the future!
I love practicing the double unders! Progress is fairly quick for me and I’m really enjoying it! I also really loved the yoga! I felt very very relaxed and stretched by the end. Can’t wait until we do it again!

I need to practice my double-unders a bit more. I’m almost there! The yoga was great! Nice and relaxing.
Yoga was great! Double unders are fun as well, starting to get the hang of it!
yoga was AWESOME and really beneficial.
I really enjoyed this class. I want to do more yoga in class but maybe in the future, a higher level so that it is more challenging.
This was a nice and relaxing class and really enjoyed my first time doing yoga, although I will enjoy more difficult sessions.
