I LOVE double-unders, but I do not love thrusters. But as much as I loathe them, I know they are great engine-builders, so I chose a workout to do just that. This workout was taxing and really tested my lung capacity. My legs were very sore from the squat/Cindy WOD the day before, so I dropped the weight in this one to 55# in order to keep the intensity high.
Great fun. The redeeming factor in this one was all the double-unders. If you like DUs, do this WOD. 🙂
