This workout looks so simple on paper, but it was so intense in-person. We first worked up to a max prowler push. Adding anymore weight to that already-heavy beast was intimidating, but I was capable of more than I thought. Fifty feet is a manageable distance; anymore than that with heavy weight would be nearly impossible for me.
The couplet was…WOW. The double-unders were breezy, but the prowler felt heavier than ever. We used the 50ft section behind the JAFH and pushed it back and forth 13 times (to equal 200m) EACH ROUND. Turning it around that many times was grueling.
