I did an on-campus route that followed about half of the Swans in Flight 5K path but then went up onto the cross country road on the east side of the property.
At this overall combined pace I would have clocked a 19:21 5K.
If only I could rest for several minutes at regular intervals during the 5K without it counting against me. My time would rock.
Emma and I ran together on this one! I don’t remember our distance but it was refreshing to do on a cool night.
I just ran different paths around the campus, so don’t know how far I ran. It was such a nice temperature to run and a great relief after a busy day!
Did the run at night, with Bill Wallace. We ran 1.79 Miles. Our route went from the archery area near the lake, along Thompson Trail, through the forest, and ended at the Grand Mall by the Auditorium.
I ran 1.79 miles with Daniel Di Santo. It was cool to run at night.
This was a good workout! It took me less than 30 min to complete!
I really enjoyed this exercise. I find it much easier to run for a set time than a certain distance.
