I spent most of the day out of the house, leaving me dehydrated and undernourished. It’s amazing how much proper nutrition helps fuel our bodies. Lesson learned…again. That being said, there’s no way I could feel confident with the heavy snatches; I scaled back 20#.
I also messed up on this one a but, as I performed power snatches instead of squat snatches. Nonetheless…
