This was a robust initiation to the sled! I think I was able to ALL-OUT sprint for only half of the 150m distance. The remaining half left me simply doing the best I could do keep it moving. Wow. We didn’t time our sled sprints.
The latter part of the workout is a fairly easy couplet at manageable weights. I dropped back five pounds on the snatch to stay safe after taxing my system in the sled pushes. We had a five year old join us on this part of the workout, which made it even more enjoyable for our family.
