When I found out we were half way through, I thought we were almost done…
Even though the mile run with the 25 lb plate was pretty tough, it was actually a little bit fun. Some of the sophomore girls ran together for most of it (except for the last bit) so we got to encourage each other. 🙂
My time was about 14:30, I think.

The last part of the WOD I did 7 push ups, 9 sit ups and 18 squats. The shoulder presses were difficult to complete. Especially when pushing upward.

Squats would be higher, but I took the first round easy. I stepped it up after seeing Mr. Burns, it was a great motivator to him work as hard as he did.

My lowest repetitions were 7 push-ups, 8 sit-ups, and 11 squats. Probably could have done better but form and pacing slowed me down somewhat. Managed 5 sets of 5 shoulder presses, most with the 10 pound weights. The biggest challenge was keeping my arms over my shoulders and hips.
My lowest repetitions for pushups was 7, sit-ups was 7, and squats was 8. On the shoulder press I managed to do five reps at 85 pounds. It was tough, but great to conquer that.

The plank wasn’t too hard, but the shoulder press got really hard really fast as we put more and more weight on. I enjoyed the final workout, although I was expecting it to be harder, so paced myself too much in the first round. I think my first round was my lowest score by quite a lot!
