I finished at 8:02 on the 2km rowing workout. It wasn’t too bad until that last 500m. Once it was all said and done, I felt quite warn out, but also pretty good.
I couldn’t believe how much I enjoyed rowing. I think this is going to be my go-to workout routine whenever I’m short on time but need to get some exercise in. It works so many muscles, and I feel great afterward. Now, it’s just time for me to improve my time. Challenge accepted!
Wow! This really hurt. My vision darkened minimally, but I felt really good later. I like the rowing. I did 9.59 on the rowing machine for 2,000 meters.
I haven’t worked out on the rowing machine in a long time, but this assignment reminded me of what a great workout it is! My time was 9:25 and I tried to keep a steady pace the entire time. I’m eager to try this again and get a personal best!
Loved using the rowing machine. First time ever for me! My time was 10:04….hope that means I did well….could seriously feel the burn!!!! Can’t wait to try it again.
Rowing machine was really fun! I didn’t want to stop rowing until the very end. I think my time was 10 min and 9 secs. Oh, and Carleigh helped out a lot with her encouraging words!
An intense Saturday night workout! Very taxing but definitely very useful. I fell off the seat twice but completed it in 9:19. At first it seemed like I’d never reach the end! I tried to focus solely on the rowing and not on the numbers, which was helpful. Also, Carleigh provided ample motivation.
I did this too! My time on the rowing was 9 mins and 6 secs. A bit higher than some, but I think it’s pretty good for a first time. It required a lot of stamina that I need to build, but it’ll come with time.

Great workout. We’re going to be some strong men and women by the end of this year or Die trying. That was a bit tougher than I expected, but I think with that large of a distance it’ll just give us more of an opportunity to develop. The gains will be large and the time will be short. Or that’s goal at least. Go get it!
I really like using the rowing machine. The first time I ever used it was during PE class a few days ago, and I will use it more for sure.
For the 2k rowing my time was 11:10.

With Carleigh Blanchat’s encouragement, this was easier than it could have been… “Hitler is behind you! Row so that he doesn’t catch you!”
Callie and I did this right after P.E on Friday…and I definitely regretted that choice 😉 My time was 10:26, and really hope for that to improve.
I really enjoy the rowing! I got 9.17 for the 2k and tried to keep a level pace throughout the workout. I will definitely be doing this again!
Did not expect it to be that physically enduring. Hard work pays off brotato chips. Got it done in 8.25. More exercise, less Oreo’s.
Loved the rowing!! 9:37.8
9.42! Definitely my favorite workout so far.

Rowing was extremely hard to keep up! My time was 9:40 but I felt like I wasn’t going to make it
out of all the workouts, my favorite is rowing. It’s a workout that combines strength and stamina. 7:48.
