This was a lot harder than I expected. All the movements were hard, except the box jumps and push-ups. I had to *will* myself to complete that third round.
I did the silver club version, a bit modified since I only have a 10 lb bar and no rowing machine at home. 20 wall balls(with a soccer ball), 10 SDHP, 10 Broad Jumps, 20 Push Press with bar only, 10 Push Ups and 10 Back Squats with bar only. 3 rounds @ 15:15. Not too bad. Still working on my form for the SDHP. Getting Better. Tough but felt good when I was done

WOD 3: 19:34 Rx’d—with David Michels. Pretty potent WOD. The burpees felt pretty quick, but the barbell movements were nasty. Definitely had those thrusters hanging over my head through the whole first part of the workout.
Great job, David! Enjoyed it.
I did WOD3 with Katelynn up to Clean and Jerks.
Did 2rds of “Zeus” rx’d; took 17:09 w/ 165lb back squats. Ran out of time before the next PE class to finish the 3rd round, which I was thankful for 🙂
Completed “Griff.” short and simple – great calf workout. Great opportunity to run the Edstone driveway
