WOD: 12 minute AMrAP, in teams of 3: (3 points)
Teammate 1: 180m run (2 laps around purple stripe)
Teammate 2: Plank hold
Teammate 3: Thrusters, 45 lb
Once running teammate returns, she moves to plank, plank moves to thrusters, thrusters moves to run. Total reps of thrusters is the team’s score. If person breaks plank, there is a 2-point penalty, and thrusters do not count until plank resumes.
Good fun this one! 45lb was just heavy enough to make the the last few rounds hurt. Rachel, Anya and I came in at 143 reps for thrusters. Surprisingly, I felt a lot in my arms.
Calela, Stephanie and I did around 114 reps, I forgot exactly how many we did.
I did this workout with Calela and Maria and we ended up with 118 reps. This one was hard to stay consistent with the reps towards the end of the WOD, but I was able to average at least 10 per round.
Those planks were rough… 🙁
Julia, Sarah Kimes, and myself acquired 65 reps.
Completed in a team with Anya and Maree, we reached 143reps 🙂 The plank was the hardest part but I’m really proud – none of us broke during the workout
I believe Emma, Kaitlin, and I got about 120 reps on this one!
