Freshmen:
5 RFT:
7 push press
7 front squat
7 kettlebell swings
7 broad jumps
Sophomores:
15 min. AMRAP—in teams of three:
15 box jumps
15 push ups
One person can do the work at a time. While a team member is doing box jumps, the other two hold a squat. While she does push-ups, the other two hold a plank.
The hard part of the workout were the broad jumps- at least for me.
I found that as well! It’s funny how the simplest movement was the hardest for me.
Sophomore partner work out was brutal after the weekend work out.
Our group did a total of 9 rounds + 3 box jumps.
Our group did 8 rounds + 3 box jumps.
Sophmores: 15 AMRAP
15 box jumps
15 push ups
Teams of 3 – while one person did the box jumps, the other two held a squat. When they began push ups, the other two held a plank.
Same group as Panayi! – the push ups were my weak area, they are still awkward to do, but we worked well as a team with Stephanie 🙂
I think the group workout are great because you have people motivating you through the entire workout. I did this workout with Panayi and Maree, and we ended up with 9+3 rounds.
