Just like Maree I murdered my previous time. Last time we did it, I was over 20 minutes and I thought I was going to die. This time was a whole lot easier to do, even with a heavier weight.
I tried this again for an out of class workout. The burpees are getting easier, but sadly it took me longer to complete the whole workout the second time. Must be not having the pressure of other people around you.

My time was 17:19 … I’m just happy I finished this tough workout!
Today I will try 230 lbs for my back squat work session.
