This is one of my favorite go-to WODs if I’m trying to avoid using my upper body in a workout. I’ve done it many a time over the years, and our family did it during camp last year, two rounds instead of one. It’s a great one.
Did this today before deadlifts with my family, my mom, Paris and Alexa. It had a great community feel. 🙂

I did this in about 11 minutes (I forgot to start my timer). Definitely need to make some improvements still!
