Press: 120(PR!)-120(f5)-120(f5) – Super excited.
Deadlift: 345(PR) – great!
9/17
Squat: 240-240-240 – Did it again—still hard. Feel like I’m not going to depth on final set
Bench Press: 155(PR!)-155(f5)-155(f3)
Power Clean: 175x3x5 – fine
9/19
Squat: 240-240-240(f2) – Just didn’t have the willpower!
Press: 120(f5)-115-115 – Weak.
Deadlift: 350(PR) – great!
9/21
Squat: 240-240-240 – Felt better than ever, but I’m not totally sure I’m going all the way down. I tried to move faster today and that seemed to help somewhat.
Bench Press: 155-155-155 – Hooray!
Power Clean: 185-180-180-180-180 – My form isn’t good—I’m catching with feet spread.

Squat: 245(PR)-245-245 – I’m really tired of squatting.
Press: 120(f3)-115(f3)-115(f3) – Wow. This was a disaster.
Deadlift: 355(PR) – felt good.
Looking forward to a long weekend.
