Freshman WOD:
Three rounds for reps: 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest each station (any order):
Ring rows
Push-ups
Goblet squat (with kettlebell)
Burpee
Rest
Keep track of total reps for each round, and total for all three
Sophomore WOD:
3 RFT:
60 double unders
20 deadlifts, 95 lb
30 wallball shots, 14 lb
Sophomores did:
3 RFT
60 double unders
20 dead-lifts (95lb)
30 wall ball shots (14)
Double unders are a skill I have not yet mastered, and it is discouraging at times- but I shall persevere! It was exhausting. I missed my time as I had a slight problem towards the end, but if we do something like this again, hopefully, I can do it under 15 minutes. On a positive note, dead lifts at 95lb were nearly comfortable.
Forgot to keep track of reps for each round – my arms were sore for 2 days though! It was funny putting my hand up in class the next day 🙂
Just completed the Out-of-Class workout – 100m lunges, 800m run and then 100 air squats. Finished it in 14minutes, 17 seconds. You can tell which of the underclassmen women have done it – we’re all walking very carefully on our jelly legs 😀

This seemed like such a harmless workout until I was halfway done with it. I definitely felt the burn the next day.
I also cannot remember my time from this one, but this was probably one of the most difficult work outs yet!
This was a challenge, but perhaps one of the workouts I enjoyed the most.
