For the Functional Movements class …
Because we don’t have class next Monday, here are two out-of-class workouts to perform before next Wednesday’s class.
Do them on two separate days:

WOD #1: Get as many reps as you can, and as much distance as you can:
Walking lunges, 2 minutes
Run, 3 minutes (try run 90 seconds, then run back to start point)
Squat, 2 minutes
(If necessary, take 1 minute rest between exercises)

WOD 2:
5 minutes max burpees (do as many burpees as you can in 5 minutes)
