That is sure a tough one.
I accidentally wrote 20 deadlifts on the board, I think—so we all did 5 extras. At least I did.
Anyway, got through the pull-ups around 6 minutes something.
So it took me almost 20 minutes to get through the rest. Brutal.
This was a brutal workout! I forget my exact time, it was somewhere around 27 minutes. I could not do the double unders. Wall balls got very tiring! 🙂
Question: What is worse than doing a few double unders when you can’t do them in the first place? Answer: doing 200 double unders when you can’t do them in the first place. This was a challenging but fun workout!
