Really hard work out but I’m glad that we could switch between burpees, GHD’s, and so on. That made it a lot more doable.

This was fine. I wouldn’t recommend doing many burpees, they just take too long.
Tonight, did a variation:
7 RFT:
3 squat cleans, 145lb
35 double unders
9:51 Rx’d
Filmed myself doing a few squat cleans and that was helpful.
I never have enjoyed doing Kettlebell swings so quickly before. Stick with them on this one as well as a few occasional burpees to break it up.
