2 Suicides, width of gym and back
7 Lunge and Dumbbell Curl (L+R=1)
7 Explosive Step-ups (L+R=1)
7 Russian Twists with knees in-out (L+R=1)

One of the more enjoyable 7×7, though I couldn’t do all of the exercises properly because of my recovering ankle. Good mixture of activities that didn’t work one muscle group too much.
Hardest 7×7 for me by far! Those mountain climbers were vicious!
