WOD for reps
In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of ‘rotate,’ the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point.
The stations are:
- Wall-ball, 10 ft target (20/14)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull (75/55) — (sub KB swings)
- Box jump (20″, 18″) — (sub broad jumps)
- Push-press (75/55) — (sub push-ups)
- Row (Calories) — (sub sit-ups)
BtW average: men 277; women 240
306 reps with the subs. Workout twins with Jessica–we got the same amount! 😀
Jess and I did a fun OOC partner workout this week. I call it Medball Abuse. 🙂 We did it in 12:35.
3 RFT:
Run 5 laps of half the gym in opposite directions, passing off the medball each time you meet.
20-15-10 reps of each of …
* Russian twists
* Partner medball situps
* Medball slams
Checked, and my PR on this is 282 reps — rounds of 113, 86, and 83 reps (Rx’d)
this was a tiring workout!
rounds of 75, 65, and 85 = 225
238 Total Reps, fun workout – the rest in between each round made it bearable.
I did this work-out Rx’d and got 254 reps! Getting fitter exponentially! Had a sick feeling in my stomach for a while afterwards though.
That’s fantastic, Danielle! (Your score, and the fitter part, not the sick feeling part.)
So glad we did this as a group. I had 275 reps or something close to that. it wasn’t Rx’d though. 🙂
Reps- 306.
