I was halfway through my 3rd round of deadlifts, when Em finished. That’s when it started going downhill. When I moved to the pullups, my arms/shoulders told me they had had enough. Thankfully Dan showed me how to get a bit of a kip to propel me to finish that final set of pullups. Then the rollercoaster ride to the bottom—the dips killed me. Approximately 4 minutes to do 5 dips—I should have never got off the band after the first 4. 12:58 total.
