10 Wall ball shots, 20/12 lb ball
15 Kettlebell swings, 1.5/1 pood

I did 10 rounds + 3 pull-ups.
I really paced myself early, and I still felt like a puddle of mush by the end.
I was shooting for 10 rounds, but I really had to push to make it.
First round took about a minute. I was taking quite a few breaks and I still got through 4 rounds in 6 minutes. So I had 14 minutes to get through the remaining 6 rounds. Tougher than I thought. Amazingly, it felt like the wallballs were the easiest part—until the last two rounds. Then, even those gave me fits.
