In-class GWOD:
50 rolls to pistol, alternating legs
WOD: Bermuda Triangle
Teams of 3, AMRAP in 10 minutes (numbers represent team’s combined reps):
30 deadlifts, 95/65
30 push-ups
40 squats
One person must be on each of the three exercises at a time. To keep it simple, you could run a simple rotation of 10 deadlifts, 10 push-ups and 13 or 14 squats—but you can alter the number of reps to accommodate faster or slower team members.
Score at end = total number of reps as a team (each round = 100 reps)

Terrific job at taking the new movement on board today. You all had a very good start on the deadlifts–and your squatting form has improved massively! I love it!
I love team workouts like this! I am pretty sore now :). Good feeling!
I really enjoy doing team workouts more than individual workouts. The deadlifts were the hardest because it was difficult to go fast yet stay in form.
Think that my team and I could have done more than 700, but we had trouble finding out who should do what and how many and such. We’re not mathematically inclined
I did enjoy this workout, despite the mathematical component!
Hey, I figured out how to do pistol rolls! 😀 I agree with almost everyone else in that the math was the tricky part for this one. Squats were definitely the easiest movement …
We got 700, if we worked out who was going to do what first, i think we could have had 1000+
wow! I loved this one!
