Wow. Wasn’t feeling real terrific this morning. Probably should have known better than to tackle a mainsite workout.
First round: Pull-ups: 20+15+15. Sit-ups unbroken. OHS: 30+18+2 (bummer). I felt good up to right toward end of those. But after the OHS, the double-unders were ridiculous. I had no jump whatsoever.
Finished first round at 10:47. Really felt like stopping at this point. Decided instead to rest 3 minutes and do the second round.
Second round: Pull-ups: 5×10. Sit-ups very slow and very broken. OHS: 15+15+10+10+10. Had to stop for about a minute before the last set to concentrate on not vomiting. Thankfully by the time I got to the double-unders I’d gotten my wind back and was able to do those pretty much unbroken. So I finished stronger. But still, second round took me 16:51.
It was ugly. But I finished.
