I did double-unders for ten minutes. I did four double-unders sort of in a row- there was a regular jump in between each one.
7 consecutive double-unders. I find these to be more challenging than most strength movements.
Didn’t think those would be so difficult. Only got 3 in a row
Just worked out how to do double unders by the end of the ten minutes. Got only 2 in a row, but will get better now I can do them.
I sort of got one. I’m having to train myself to learn to properly jump rope into the bargain, since my technique has always been flawed. But I’ll get there. 🙂
Slowly getting better
double-unders scare me so much. I hurt my knee doing these… I get these weird flashbacks when I do them. hahaha funny how a person can be shaken up that badly
