I did this WOD, as rx’d, with low, medium, and high intensities. This particular CF box programs most of their workouts in this fashion. I’d never done a windmill, but they reminded me a great deal of my yoga days where the Triangle Pose is quintessential. 🙂
Started sweating immediately and loved the WOD.
