Em and I did this one for a warm-up with Mr. H on Monday. Definitely not a fan of running. Wished it was twice as many squats and push-ups and half the running.

I want a rematch
My time was also 6:29. After the 10 x 100m sprints yesterday, my mobility suffered, making for a couple less than glorious 400m sprints.
I’m for a rematch as well, but with a slight stride disadvantage (at my height of 5’2″), I doubt I’d shave enough time come close to Mr. H!
