This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 18, go on to 21. If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc.

15 wall ball shots

2 clean and jerks

15 wall ball shots

3 clean and jerks

15 wall ball shots

(continue increasing clean and jerk reps by 1)

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

BtW median: men 115 lbs; women 45 lbs
