But I did get through two rounds and an extra 350m on the rowing. Did the thrusters at 95 which was easier than I thought. Burpees and that second row was what killed me. If anyone can get through three rounds of this I’ll be extremely impressed! 🙂
Started with 12 rounds of 2 push press @ 100lbs every 45 seconds, dynamic effort. Then …
2 rounds + 2 thrusters @ 75lb thrusters and push-ups instead of burpees.
I’m just thankful I feel good enough to move today. The rows felt good.
