Then, WOD:
4 rounds + 3 pp
This is a grip smoker.
Fear of the burpee penalty kept me on the bar for the K2E, but it was a fight.
3 rounds plus 5 pp. This was harder than expected, almost fell off the bar on the last set of t2b.
6 rounds, 1 pood KB
no burpees
My arms about fell off during the last set of T2B. Was glad to finish strong with 12 unbroken KBS.
