I was happy to beat my previous PR of 11 rounds. The HSPU were the hardest part. After the eighth round, I was doing them in singles. The KBS were like a rest between the MUs and the HSPUs.
This guy was fun! I can’t do a muscle up and I’m horrible at dips so I decided to sub MUs for dips and suffer slowly, but the dips went surprisingly well and I’m barely sore. Hooray!!!
